Corbyn and Josie are best buds these days! They love to snuggle! Matt and I went out for the first time since Corbyn's birth...so soon, I know! We went to an "Ugly Christmas Sweater" party at BJ's and Natalie's while Kallie babysat Corbyn. So fun, although we missed our little girl! Fran is going to babysit this Saturday while Matt and I go Christmas shopping. I have been going to weekly New Mom's group on the square with my neighbor, Kristen, the past few weeks. Corbyn and I have enjoyed meeting new moms and babies. We went to our first Mother Goose on the Loose baby storytime at the Canton library today; however, we didn't know that today was a special celebration for Hanakuh! We both learned a lot about the Jewish religion! Corbyn is still sleeping well at night...4-5 hour stretches. She seems to have some tummy trouble with feeds and gets quite gassy lately. That's about the only time she gets fussy. She loves being held and has enjoyed the new Moby wrap that I just purchased after a recent babywearing workshop. Corbyn is focusing on faces and objects more now...I can't wait until she starts smiling back!
4 weeks today?!?! gosh time flies! you are one good momma taking her to all that stuff and getting so involved. i think it is great!! ok, so when can a babysit again?? you and matt need to go out - dont you?!?
ReplyDeleteOh, what wonderful memories are being made! And such great pics of your two daughters!!! But the VERY BEST pic is that of Eddie, aka Matt (or vice versa)! I'm glad we watched Christmas Vacation while visiting in Baltimore. True beginning of the holiday seaon! Wish I could babysit Corbyn. Kallie and Fran are so, so fortunate! Sure enjoyed our web cam conversation last night, Amnda AND Corbyn AND Josie. What fun we'll have. Love you all!!!

ReplyDeletehow is josie when other folks hold corbyn? our little dogs were fine with aidan, and otto was fine with cal, but we got bonnie when calum was 3 months old and her breed is a 'nanny dog' breed and so she would stare down anybody that came near us if we were holding him at the time, and if someone else held him she'd give them the evil eye until he was back in our arms!! it was funny, but as she's a REALLY BIG DOG, most other people didn't think it was too funny. :)
